The Bontrager Paradigm TLR Clincher Front Wheel is a good budget training wheel that comes with a rim strip and valve stem so it can be converted to tubeless. The aluminium rim is perfect for riding in all weather conditions with the shallow depth useful in crosswinds and the brake track more consistent than carbon options in the wet. It is designed for use with the included 5mm quick-release and uses double-butted spokes laced in a radial pattern.
