The Campagnolo Super Record Ultra Torque Ti Carbon Chainset is a bold departure from previous generations of Campagnolo chainsets. The move to a 4 arm spider increases rigidity whilst also providing the rider a much more flexible crankset thanks to the unified bolt pattern that allows you to use a variety of chainring combinations on the same crankset.

The 4-arm design was ultimately born out of Campagnolo Tech Lab's desire to produce the stiffest most rigid chainset they possibly could. The 4 arm design incorporates an 8 bolt pattern design that, when teamed with the 4 arm spider, introduces far greater system rigidity and stiffness than the previous generations of Campagnolo chainsets. The increase in stiffness results in a more efficient transfer of power.

This Super Record Chainset also features a lightweight Ultra-Torque titanium axle that reduces the weight of the crankset by 40 grams whilst also improving the efficiency of power transfer from the pedals. Weight is saved further though the cranks' hollow design. A hollow design helps to dramatically increase the chainset's stiffness to weight ratio.

Smoothness, reduced friction and increased longevity is provided through the use of CULT technology. High performance ceramic bearings are teamed with Cronitect steal to offer rotation that is 9 times smoother and resistant to corrosion, when compared to non ceramic bearings.
