Castelli's top performance short offering, the Castelli Free Aero Race 4 Kit Bib Short is the 4th generation of this model and the most comfortable and aerodynamic yet. The pro-level Progetto X² Air Seamless seat pad has a two-layer construction; a soft skin-care layer that'll move with your body as you pedal, and a padded cushioning layer to damp shock. It's effect on the longest rides and races, allowing you to focus fully on your performance. Forza fabric has been utilised for the inner leg to ensure a perfect, close-to-body fit that won't restrict movement, and on the rest of the legs, Vortex dimpled material smooths the air for drag reduction. In the front of the short, the Doppio V construction adds extra support and the short is held in place by Giro4 leg grippers. Minimalist bibs keep weight low and the striped mesh is hardly noticeable once in place under your jersey.
