That in between period between winter tights and lightweight summer shorts can be a long one. The Castelli Nano Light Pro Bib Short is designed to bridge this gap with its Nano Lite Pro fabric construction, which offers protection in cool and wet conditions.

Nano Light Pro fabric is an unbrushed version of Castelli's heralded Nano Flex fabric. This means it does not have the insulating lining so therefore is great for spring and autumn showers. The fabric has a very tight weave, which helps to keep out water and the lightweight 270g fibres help to provide muscle support and compression.

Castelli have minimised the seams too and this helps prevent water penetration as well as helping to alleviate the threat of chafing.

The spring also tends to be when you get the big miles in, so a comfortable seat pad is paramount. Thankfully Castelli have included their KISS Air chamois. This multi-density pad provides targeted support to your delicate areas and pressure points. The three-layer pad is also highly breathable and effective at transporting moisture away from the surface of your skin.
