I've had these fitted to my shoes for three weeks, these are a game changer! To start with the insole is slightly thicker around the contact point under the balls of your feet, this makes my skinny feet fill the shoe better without the need for excessive tightening. Without the need for excessive tightening the pressure has been alleviated from around my foot specifically the pinching around the arch of my feet. After reading the instructions supplied I started with the small arch support and positioned these where they felt comfortable within the shoe (a little time indoors or Zwift experiments) after a handful of rides outdoors I found that my left foot was still developing that hotspot feeling. I swapped that arch support out for a slightly deeper support and 600 miles later and a couple of century rides in I'm getting no more pain. I've also noticed that using the deeper arch support on my left foot has helped reduce my discomfort in my lower back where I may have been once over stretching. Another plus point is I'm not getting the wear marks on my Bib on the left-hand side too. So I'm definitely giving Sigma and this product 5* and will ambassador this product to all my cycling chums.

The G8 Performance Pro Series 2620 Shoe Insoles have an adjustable orthotic design that supports the foot's structure to improve the cyclist's or runner's performance.
The thin and lightweight design offers a huge range of adjustment via the five different heights of arch support that can be placed securely in eleven different positions for tailored levels of comfort. These arch supports have a certain amount of inbuilt flex that allows the foot to track naturally without experiencing unwanted irritation. An integrated metatarsal pad is added to slightly spread the foot's bones to relieve pressure on sensitive nerves and blood vessels.
