Lake CX218 Wide Fit Shoes
Perfect for the serious cyclist looking for a blend of performance and comfort, with a slightly wider fit; introducing Lake's CX218 Road Shoes.
The Competition last has a slightly more curved profile than the Sport last with an increased toe pitch and heel lift, a tighter heel and wider ball girth. The result is room for the feet to expand under pressure, so when you're pedalling at high cadence and putting the power down, your feet will remain comfortable. For those with wider feet, this version offers an extra 15mm of volume at the ball of the foot.
The 100% carbon sole is extremely stiff, ensuring all your power is translated into speed, and is compatible with all three-hole cleat pedal setups. Action leather and mesh make up the upper of the shoe. Highly breathable and with a PU surface treatment for water resistance and stretch prevention, these shoes are built to last, ride after ride.
Closure is via a single lace BOA system and a velcro strap. Easy to adjust, even on the go, you'll be sure to find the perfect fit.
