The chest and back panels have perforations to improve ventilation and regulate your body temperature, so when the mercury starts to rise you should remain comfortable.
The three open back pockets are easy to access so are perfect for storing nutrition and spare layers, while the perforations further add breathability. When you're working really hard and need to cool down even more, the full zip can be adjusted accordingly.
