Branching out from Hydrogel products, Maurten has created Solid 225, a chewable energy bar based on oats and rice, and supplied in a box of 12. Containing only essential, natural ingredients, Solid is stripped of anything necessary and delivers high levels of carbohydrates to fuel performance and recovery. 

The perfect complement to Hydrogel, solid has a pleasant, natural sweetness, with one flavour containing cocoa. Consume pre, during and post-race or training sessions to boost carbs. The sodium content will replenish salt lost through sweating during particularly long, hot or hard sessions.
