Completely reinvented for 2017, the Mavic Ksyrium Elite Wheelset 2017 features amazingly light, yet perfectly wide, ISM 4D rims. The rims are constructed from the super-strong and resilient Maxtal aluminium and have a reinforced SUP joint for greater integrity.

The 17 millimetre internal width of the rim increases air volume for a smoother ride quality with better shock absorption and road feel. The braking track is a UB Control construction so you are able to stop quickly and safely.

Featuring a clincher rim, the new Mavic Ksyrium Elite Wheelset 2017 comes with a 25 millimetre Yksion Pro GripLink tyre on the front and PowerLink tyre on the rear. Both have a super-grippy single compound tread with 127 TPI casing for puncture reduction.

For the hubs, Mavic has focused on speed, comfort and durability so you can enjoy these wheels season after season. Both the front and rear hubs have aluminium bodies with an aluminium axle and adjustable sealed cartridge bearings. The freewheel is FTS-L steel for quick engagement and optimised power transfer.

Straight pull, bladed spokes feature on both the front and the rear wheel with 18 on the front and 20 on the back, providing better strength and rim support. BR301 quick releases are included for both wheels as well as a multifunction adjustment wrench so you can fit the wheels quickly and easily and be out on the road in no time whatsoever.
