Developed for athletes who partake in multiple sessions per day, the 20 grams of whey protein in OTE Super Protein helps muscles to recover without replenishing carbohydrate stores. This is ideal for people on low-calorie diets or athletes who benefit in their sport by weighing less, such as endurance runners and cyclists.

The leucine in this product is a branched chain amino acid, important for protein synthesis and muscle growth. When consumed with the whey protein, muscle recovery is essentially sped up. HMB reduces muscle breakdown, limiting muscle wastage during intense or long periods of exercise. This is especially useful for athletes limiting their calorific intake.
