For those chasing podiums and personal bests, the Santa Cruz Blur C XT Mountain Bike delivers, and is the lightest full-suspension carbon XC bike Santa Cruz has ever developed.
By minimising frame weight and using Superlight™ suspension, your power can be translated into race performance. The Superlight™ system saves 289 grams over VPP™. Tuned with higher anti-squat at the sag point and lower levels deeper into the travel, both traction and efficiency are drastically increased. Chainstay length is optimised across the range of sizes so fit and ride feel is equally good for every rider.
MTB-specific Shimano XT 12-speed components bring shifting precision and superior braking. The bike rolls on bump-absorbing 29" wheels fitted with Maxxis Aspen tubeless-ready tyres, a lightweight XC racing tyre that brings low rolling resistance, with large shoulder knobs for confidence-inspiring cornering.
Not just for short track, the inclusion of two bottle cage mounts within the front triangle (and a third underneath the downtube for the bigger frame sizes) ensures you can stay hydrated on longer rides and races too.
