The Santa Cruz Megatower Carbon CC AIr Shock Mountain Bike Frame is the most versatile off-road chassis within the brand’s range. Amalgamating big 29er wheel compatibility with the hardest-hitting suspension, the Megatower infuses confidence into any standard of rider allowing them to attack the longest of descents, the roughest of trails and the most technical of singletrack with total dedication and enthusiasm.
The frame features the highest grade of carbon from Santa Cruz’s stable that promotes a responsive and resilient but smooth ride sensation. A one-piece swingarm, rear suspension unit is then mounted to the main chassis via a VPP lower-link design.
An already comprehensive ride character can then be adjusted by two sets of Flip Chips that are located within the lower link setup and the rear dropouts. These modulate the feel of the rear suspension and rider weight distribution respectively to fine-tune the ride attributes according to the forthcoming sub-genre of trail.
The package is completed in a thorough fashion with threaded bottom bracket compatibility for convenience, water bottle mounts inside the mainframe for on-the-fly hydration and neat cable routing for enhanced maintenance and aesthetics.
