Each sachet also contains fuel to delay fatigue in the form of 15g of carbohydrates per half sachet.
These portable sachets are easy to use; just add the contents of one 18-gram sachet to 500ml of water and shake to dissolve. It's better to add the powder to water than the other way around, leaving enough air in your bottle to allow for shaking, then top up to 500ml.
