Trek Project One Madone SLR 7 Disc Road Bike 2022
Madone is Trek’s aerodynamic range, with the Project One SLR 7 Disc Road Bike sitting near the top of the tree thanks to its hi-spec components and premium carbon frame.
Deep, Kammtail Virtual Foil shaped tubes keep the 800 Series OCLV Carbon frame slippery and fast whilst the rear IsoSpeed isolates the rider from any road vibrations for less fatigue and longer-lasting power. All cabling runs internally for a clean aesthetic and improved aerodynamics and yet this is Trek’s lightest ever 800 Series frame so it can excel uphill as well as on the flat.
50mm carbon wheels from Bontrager continue the racy, aerodynamically optimised theme but aren’t so deep as to cause issues in blustery conditions, and both the wheels and tyres are tubeless-ready for more grip and comfort along with greater puncture resistance. The handlebar and stem are also shaped for minimum air resistance but are still made from two parts so it’s simpler to find the ideal riding position compared with one-piece units.
Now semi-wireless, Shimano’s electronic Ultegra 12-speed groupset sits just one tier below the range-topping Dura-Ace and shares its functionality and incredible performance. Super-quick shifts, Bluetooth compatibility and larger paddles all help when changing gear and the Servo Wave technology in the hydraulic disc brakes brings greater power and control when it is time to slow down.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
