When it works, it's brilliant! As a house with 2 cyclists, the idea of having 2 bikes on trainers in a small house wasn't going to work so we took the plunge and got the Kickr Shift. 3 days in, the first ticket was raised with Wahoo. To be fair to them they were good and sorted the issue. After issue no3, a new seat clamp was ordered (the original is abysmal) its been issue free for 2 weeks! This isn't a reflection on Sigma at all who were great through the whole ordering process and when I collected from Hampton, the guys were really helpful as ever!

After quite a bit of consideration and background reading I decided on the kickr bike shift. Delivery was very quick from sigma , set up was super simple and getting connected to zwift was very straightforward. The bike is solid, well made, has loads of adjustment. The app is easy to follow. The riding experience is great, smooth, quite and gear changes are very swift, power read outs seem very accurate and what was a slight concern when deciding on this bike was not knowing what gear was selected, however an update at the time of my purchase means the gear selection is now shown on the screen when using zwift, which is perfect . I am very pleased I made the decision to buy the kickr shift it has been a great training aid and I am very pleased with it.
