Wahoo TICKR RUN Workout Tracker
Designed specifically for runners, the Wahoo TICKR RUN Workout Tracker monitors your stride, cadence, vertical oscillation and ground contact time to help make your run as smooth and efficient as possible. Ideal to be used outside or indoors on a treadmill, using the special built in treadmill mode. The tracker is compatible with over 50 running apps including Nike+ Running, Strava and MapMyFitness.
With you every step of the way, the monitor features Burn and Burst™ training programs. These 8 week training programs have been put together by Wahoo's own physiologist to offer a fat burning or performance enhancing workout.
The tracker can be used with a range of iOS smartphones, tablets, Android devices and GPS watches. Accurate and reliable data is transmitted wirelessly via ANT+ or Bluetooth.
Easy to use, the tracker has two LED lights, with the blue showing connection to the device and the red alerting you to if heart rate is detected.
