The Zipp Service Course SL-80 Handlebar is part of Zipp’s performance range of components. Billed as the bike fitter’s handlebar of choice, the SL-80 uses all the same features and technology found on the Zipp Service Course SL-70 Handlebar but has an 80mm reach and a full ergonomic bend in the drops. The race ready handlebar is affordable, stiff and ergonomically designed to provide the most comfortable ride possible, whatever position you favour. A handlebar that does not compromise stem length, as a short reach to the hoods makes braking, control and shifting all within easy reach.

The 80mm reach allows for easy application of the brakes and shifters. A 125mm drop is perfect for that lower, aerodynamic position.

State of the art ergonomics balanced by a traditional round top, ideal for climbing on the tops and riders who like to wrap their hands all the way round the bars. This also makes the bars compatible with clip-on aero bars.

Used by many top professional athletes including Omega Pharma-Quickstep Professional Cycling Team. 7050 Aluminium is strong, lightweight and stiff, especially when climbing like, climbing superstar, Rigoberto Uran or out of the saddle or sprinting on the drops like, Manx Missile, Mark Cavendish.

A 31.8mm clamp diameter is perfect for a range of stems and at 250 grams, in it’s 42cm guise, this is the ideal race, sportive or training cockpit addition.

Finished in a high polish black colour scheme with stylish Zipp graphics.

Differences between the SL-70, SL-80 and SL-88
