Lycra Sport fabric is utilised for the front torso and leg panels and has been specified for its shape retention, allowing the suit to fit closely to the wearer regardless of body position. This is joined by the back panel that is constructed from a high stretch waffle weave to afford maximum breathability and minimum restriction. Side panels are inserted to improve the already sleek fit further.
The triathlon-specific Tri-Lite seat pad cushions on the bike leg but doesn’t impede during the swim or the run, such is its ergonomic profile. It also minimises water absorption keeping the wearer comfortable even over longer distances. A short sleeve cut promotes extra coverage and lowers drag both in and out of the water with a soft band securing the sleeves in place to stop material movement, even during the swim. A similar theory is seen on the legs with silicone leg grippers preventing material bunching and consequent chafing.
The suit is finished with rear elasticated storage pocket for on-the-go nutrition and a full front zip that can alter the amount of ventilation as required when on the bike and the run.
