Premier Bike Delivery Service - FAQ

How much does it cost?

This service costs £99.99.

How long does delivery take?

This service aims to be convenient for you and we will endeavour to deliver your bike to you on your selected day (Monday - Friday). The fastest delivery time is usually 7-10 days. We cannot offer weekend deliveries at this time.

What does it include?

Your bike will delivered to your door fully built, ready to ride and set up on your doorstep by a qualified mechanic. The mechanic will run through your bike's setup, show you how everything operates and any important information you need to know about your bike. If you have any questions about your bike before or after delivery please contact our Customer Care Team.

Will additional parts & accessories be installed from my order?

Yes, where possible our workshop will install any parts and accessories that can be fitted, are safe to fit and do not affect how your bike is loaded onto the vehicle for safe transportation. Anything that cannot be fitted will be fitted to your bike at your door. If we are not going to be able to fit anything you have ordered we will discuss this with you. If you have any specific requirements or questions please speak to our Customer Care Team.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most UK Mainland postcodes. This service is not available to some remote postcode areas; AB, BT, DD, DG, EN, HS, IM, IV, KW, LD, PA, PH, SY17, SY18, SY19, SY20, SY23, SY24, SY25 & ZE. We may be able to deliver to your postcode using our standard bike delivery service. Please contact our Customer Care Team for more information.
