Join our 'Race the Pros' Ride on Sunday, 29th September in collaboration with Aussie cycling brand MAAP and catch the Elite Men's Road Race as they speed up the hills in Ilkley at the beginning of the course.
Leaving the Zwift Draft House on 44 King’s Road, HG1 5JW at 7.30am, we will head out to the neighbouring town Ilkley, where we'll pause to watch the men’s elite race go past while indulging in tasty and all-natural nutrition bars, courtesy of OTE.
We will return to the Zwift Draft House between 10.30 - 11am, depending on the speed of your group, where you will be able to look at some MAAP custom kit and purchase plenty of delicious food and drinks.
Speed Levels
There will be two different groups covering the same route. The groups will vary in speed to cater for all fitness abilities, but we welcome every rider. Please note that a helmet and clipless pedals are required.
Group 1 will average between 17-18mph, which is ideal for those wanting a more punchy ride while still being able to enjoy the views.
Group 2 will average between 15-16mph, which is perfect for anyone new to the sport, or even for those who have been riding for a while but haven’t ridden in a group before and would like to gain a bit more experience.
After completing the ride, both groups will return to the Zwift Draft House for refreshments and there will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available to purchase.
