Cannondale Habit Carbon LT 1 Mountain Bike 2023
The new Cannondale Habit Carbon LT 1 Mountain Bike is lower, slacker and longer than the Habit. A 64.7° head angle, 77° seat angle, more reach, a shorter seat tube for longer dropper insertion, and lower standover height across the board are all key features of the dialled Trail Geometry, made for extreme terrain. With the burlier LT you get 150mm/140mm travel front and rear respectively, piggyback shocks, and a Fox 36 Performance Elite fork for a more consistently smooth, plush ride. This carbon model is strong, light and stiff.
The ride delivers stability, control and heaps of fun. Proportional Response geometry and suspension mean each and every size is tuned perfectly for performance across the board, creating exceptional traction and sublime handling for every rider. Whether the trails are fast and flowy or rough and rowdy, the Habit is perfect for the ride, and pedalling is efficient to get you up the climbs too. A rubber guard on the downtube provides protection against rock strikes.
The WTB KOM Trail i30 TCS wheels are strong and stiff, and also frame size-specific, with the XS running 27.5" and all other sizes using 29ers. A Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5" tyre sits up front with a Dissector 2.5" to the back for speed, grip and control. EXO material makes these tyres more cut resistant and improves longevity, reducing the need for trailside repairs.
SRAM's GX Eagle mountain bike-specific 1x12-speed drivetrain maximises the ride experience, with slick shifting and a lightweight design. The SRAM Code R hydraulic discs take care of braking in all conditions, while tube-in-tube internal cable routing keeps things neat and reduces system contamination. There's a Cannondale DownLow frame size-specific dropper post that allows you to quickly shift the saddle down and out of the way for steep sections and drops.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
