Cannondale Slate SE Force 650b Disc Adventure Bike 2019
Cannondale has equipped this bike with their optimum off-road frameset material; C1 aluminium. It's lightweight and rugged, so it's perfect for those adventurous outings where you who knows where you might end up. The ride quality is fantastic thanks to the 30mm of suspension travel on the unmistakeable single-bladed Lefty fork.
Chain dropping is absolutely minimised by the SRAM Force one-by 11-speed groupset. With no front derailleur to cause trouble, you can rifle through the generous 11-42 cassette while rolling over undulating terrain unimpeded. Power is delivered through the Cannondale Si OPI cranks complete with the much revered 44-tooth SpideRing, which also really looks the part on this bike.
This is the SE (Special Equipment) version of the Slate, and comes with tubeless ready tyres and rims. To run the system tubeless, you'll need a conversion kit including sealant and valves (sold separately). This will give you the option of running lower pressure through the tyres without falling victim to pinch flats.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
