Focus Thron2 6.8 EQP Electric Mountain Bike 2021
The Focus Thron2 6.8 EQP Electric Mountain Bike is both an off-road machine and an urban tool, with the 130mm suspension frame and fork adding control and comfort on rough trails and potholed streets. The higher stack geometry leads to a more upright position than is found on some bikes, giving a great view of the road or trail ahead and adding control and comfort too. 29” wheels roll easily over obstacles and allow a decent on-road speed to be maintained, aided by the 250W Bosch Performance CX motor.
The motor uses four selectable modes to deploy its power, which range from Turbo which adds 340% to Eco which adds 60% and is perfect for conserving the battery on longer rides. Assistance is available up to a maximum speed of 15.5 mph / 25 km/h, as per UK law. The 625Wh battery can be removed from the frame for recharging, which is especially convenient if the bike is not stored near a power supply.
Shimano’s 12-speed SLX groupset and hydraulic brakes are slick in action and easy to operate, with a gear range that is suited to on and off-road riding. The very practical additions of integrated mudguards and racks make commuting by bike an obvious option, with the front and rear lights adding safety when amongst traffic.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
