Genesis Croix De Fer 20 Disc Gravel Bike 2020
A long time stalwart of the Genesis range, the Croix de Fer 20 Disc Gravel Bike offers non-nonsense performance and a high level of practicality yet is still capable of raising a grin on every ride.
The Reynolds 725 steel frame and unicrown fork are supple and rewarding to ride, with the additions of triple bottle mudguard and rack mounts reinforcing its role as an extremely versatile bike that is as happy on the commuter run as it is on an overnight bike packing adventure. A traditional Tiagra 10-speed, double chainring drivetrain means lots of ratios for use on and off-road and TRP hybrid mechanical/hydraulic disc brakes provide all-weather performance.
WTB’s Riddler tyres are a good all-round option that works well off-road but still rolls well enough on the tarmac not to feel like a chore.
