Now in its fourth generation, the Santa Cruz Bronson CC X01 Mountain Bike sports 150mm of plush VPP suspension and a dedicated mixed wheel setup, making this the most versatile bike in their lineup. Blending outright traction with a playful ride character, the 29” front wheel delivers fast-rolling performance, whilst the 27.5” rear helps the bike rip around the corners. Whether cruising your local trails or slaying endless alpine descents, the Bronson offers an exhilarating ride that any mountain biker can enjoy.
The carbon frameset uses the highest grade layup that Santa Cruz offers, being both lighter and stiffer than its equivalents. A linkage mounted flip-chip offers adjustment to the geometry and suspension progression, and the geometry is longer and slacker than its predecessors to boost confidence on the descents. Unique to every size, the chainstay lengths offer proportional stability across the entire size range, and low, fun-focused standover heights ensure there is plenty of room to lean the bike over.
Complete with a SRAM X01 groupset, this model sees a dream-worthy spec sheet that gifts the user with race-ready performance. SRAM Code RSC brakes see extensive room for customisation and deliver power and modulation for outright control on the descents. Santa Cruz carbon handlebars cut the weight and are paired with a sleek Burgtec Enduro MK3 stem, and high-quality Industry Nine hubs offer lasting rolling performance.
