Taking all they learned from their race-proven Epic hardtail range, Specialized developed the all-new Chisel to be their most high-tech aluminium XC frameset to date. Contemporary geometry offers a stable ride quality, with long reach measurements and a 68-degree head angle being up to task for the latest breed of cross country race tracks. Use of D'Aluisio Smartweld technology ensures it is more than ready when it comes to the rigours of racing, balancing strength, weight and rigidity across the entire size range. This allows all sizes of Chisel an equal ride character, ensuring a balanced feel no matter what size you choose.
With a frame weight as low as 1400-grams and high-quality parts specification, the Chisel Comp is the ideal companion for your journey into cross country riding. The RockShox Judy Gold fork features a Motion Control damper for compression adjustment, perfect for dialling in your ride. The latest Shimano SLX drivetrain offers premium 12-speed performance whilst keeping the price low, and their M6100 hydraulic brakes offering ample stopping power in all conditions. To provide long-lasting and creak-free performance, a threaded bottom bracket is used, making the Chisel an excellent option throughout the winter months.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
