Specialized Stumpjumper Comp Alloy Mountain Bike
The Specialized Stumpjumper Comp Alloy Mountain Bike strikes the perfect balance between performance and value, and is designed to take your riding experience to the next level. An ideal partner for long days on the hill, the new Stumpjumper offers a lively, snappy ride, that begs to be thrown around corners and to catch air on side-hits. Weight reduction was a key focus with this refreshed design, with advanced aluminium technology allowing for a lightweight frame without sacrificing durability or stiffness.
Instilling a feeling of total balance, 130mm of well-optimised suspension hits the sweet-spot for trail riding. Rarely feeling under or over-biked, the Stumpjumper Comp Alloy offers impressive climbing and descending characteristics, ideal for the modern mountain biker. Whether razzing trails down your local woods or on a multi-day Welsh epic, RX Tuned suspension and generous geometry keep things stable in the rough. A steep seat tube optimises climbing capabilities, increasing power output with a comfortable riding position.
Revised suspension kinematics balance a playful ride with improved big-hit performance. A highly progressive leverage rate ensures a bottomless suspension feel that uses all 130mm of travel on offer, with impressive impact management preventing harsh bottom-outs. Handling much like a bike with more travel the Stumpjumper truly performs on the descents, without impacting on its excellent climbing characteristics. A yoke mounted flip-chip allows for trailside geometry adjustment, providing half a degree of head angle adjustment to fine-tune your ride.
The 12-speed SRAM NX groupset offers a wide gear range for steep climbs, allowing you to keep the cranks turning no matter the gradient. SRAM also take care of braking duties, with the four-piston G2 R hydraulic disc brakes offering ample stopping power on heart-stopping descents. The 29" specific platform is kept rolling with tough Roval sealed bearing wheels, and an X-Fusion Manic dropper seatpost provides total flow on undulating trails.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
