Specialized Turbo Creo SL Comp E5 Electric Road Bike 2020
The combination of Specialized’s lightest motor and an aluminium frame with Future Shock suspension makes the Turbo Creo SL Comp E5 an excellent value option for anyone looking for a light and fast electric road bike on which to munch up miles.
The Specialized SL 1.1 electric motor can produce up to 240 watts of assistance, making short work of hills and headwinds alike whilst not adding any resistance when not in use, and the 320Wh battery gives a range of up to 80 miles. A dedicated Mission Control app gives the option to customise certain settings and parameters as well as monitor battery life and record metrics such as power and distance.
First developed for their Roubaix range, the Future Shock system adds 20mm of front suspension without decreasing efficiency at all, perfect for taming rough roads and reducing the fatigue that they can cause. At the heart of the bike is a lightweight aluminium frame with great handling and ample versatility thanks to the mudguard and rack mounts. Boost spacing adds to the performance credentials by allowing the DT Swiss R470 wheels to be stiffer and the frame has internal cabling for a cleaner aesthetic.
The groupset is from Shimano’s latest 1x range, GRX 11-speed, with hydraulic disc brakes so that both shifting and braking are exemplary, with the 11-42 cassette offering a huge range of ratios without the need for a front shifter. A Body Geometry saddle and Hover handlebar provide comfortable and forgiving touchpoints so that every hour on the road can be enjoyed in comfort.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if specified), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride.
