Trek Project One Slash 9.9 XTR 29" Mountain Bike 2020
The Project One Slash 9.9 XTR 29" Mountain Bike is the weapon of choice for the pro riders of Trek Factory Racing Enduro on the World Tour. The OCLV carbon frame has a RockShox Deluxe RT3 shock with Thru Shaft 3-position damper for brilliant bump response, giving 150mm of travel. This is paired with a 160mm RockShox Lyrik Ultimate fork to give a light and stiff long-travel chassis that can still be ridden uphill as well as down. Knock Block design stops the fork crown from spinning into the down tube and Carbon Armor protects it from rock strikes. The clever Mino Link allows the handling to be fine-tuned, changing the head tube angle by up to 0.5-degrees.
XTR is Shimano’s finest off-road groupset, offering flawless shifting across the 12-speed drivetrain and tireless braking from the 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, ideal when the vertical meter count is high. Bontrager’s 29” Line Carbon 30 wheelset and 2.4” SE4 Team Issue tyres provide great rolling speed and traction and are tubeless-ready too. A Line Elite dropper seatpost is provided, enabling the saddle to be lowered or raised as required on the fly, giving more room to manoeuvre on technical or steep descents.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
