Trek Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 Mountain Bike 2021
Offering the XC efficiency and speed of a hardtail, with the traction and control of full-suspension, Trek’s Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 Mountain Bike is aimed firmly at the podium. A FOX Factory shock within the IsoStrut carbon frame provides 60mm of travel whilst also doing away with the traditional pivots and mounting points in a quest to save weight and increase stiffness. The super light RockShox SID SL Ultimate fork adds 100mm of travel to the front end for increased grip, control and comfort, making the Supercaliber an extremely fast way of covering the ground, whether at the pointy end of a race or just enjoying a fast cross-country loop. Both shock units can be locked out simultaneously on smoother sections using the TwistLoc remote.
29” carbon Bontrager Kovee XXX 30 wheels provide good support for the XR2 Team Issue tyres thanks to their width, and are rapid and light in keeping with the rest of the bike. Both rims and tyres are all ready to be set up tubeless if so desired. Bontrager also supplies the premium carbon seatpost and handlebar, ensuring that the bike is ready to race without the need for further upgrades.
The pinnacle of SRAM’s mechanical MTB groupset range, XX1 Eagle is both lightweight and precise, firing across the 12-speed cassette without drama even under the pressure of a finish line sprint. Level Ultimate hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power, again marrying high performance with low weight, even going so far as to use carbon levers to save weight.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
