Reserve & Collect
With the COVID-19 situation rapidly developing we have taken the decision to temporarily close our Esher Reserve & Collect location with immediate effect. Our Hampton Wick store is open but operating on reduced hours and will temporarily close on Friday 27th March. If you order before midnight we will aim to have your goods ready to collect in-store after 4pm the following day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be available for collection after 4pm on the Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you need your goods the same day then please telephone our Customer Care Team to check availability.
To avoid disappointment, please do not begin your journey to the store until we have confirmed the order is ready.
If you ordered a bike, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date.
Please note: Your order will be held for 7 days before being re-stocked.

Bikes: 72 hours if in stock at the store, collect in between 4 to 5 days (sometimes quicker) if in stock at our warehouse.

- Step 2: Choose your preferred location during checkout
- Step 3: Receive confirmation your order is ready for collection
- Step 4: Collect and pay for your order in store

RESERVE AND COLLECT FAQS
How will I know my order is ready?
Clothing, parts and accessories: We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date. If you need your goods the same day then please telephone the branch directly to check availability.
Bike orders: We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date. We aim to build and test ride your bike in the quickest time possible, we allow 4 to 5 days if in stock at our warehouse. During peak periods lead times on appointments may take a little longer. Please note that bikes orders will require a 10% deposit before we build your bike. We will contact you for payment after you've placed your order.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
Please bring a copy of your order with you to allow us to locate your goods quickly. Orders older than 7 days will be cancelled and re-stocked.
How do I cancel/amend my Reserve and Collect order?
If you have any queries about cancelling or amending our order, please contact your collection point directly.
How do I return my Reserve and Collect order?
You can cancel the order on the spot or exchange for another item.
