Team Ineos Grenadiers fast-finisher Ethan Hayter joins presenter and former British Champion Matt Stephens for this episode of the Sigma Sports Café Ride. While the route to the Cafe was cut short due to a severe weather warning, the pair made up for it with some enlightening chat at the Four Boroughs Cafe, a welcoming haven for cyclists in Crystal Palace.

Ethan welcomed Matt to South London where he grew up riding his bike and his parents still reside. They discussed Ethan’s rise to the pro peloton and his early success, having won the Team Pursuit event at the 2018 UCI Track Cycling World Championships at the age of just 19.
