I bought 2 Abus Granit WBA 75 anchors but the ball bearings that secure the fixing were the wrong size - they were too small and could easily be lifted out of the hex fixing. Even though it was easy to describe the problem, I had to send a video of the problem - and then remake the video to match their file size requirements. Initially I was told that no-one else was having problems with the anchors - then I was told that Abus knew all about the problem and would send me new bearings. After another 2 weeks I was told it would take a long time for them to get new bearings to me due to customs issues. When I did receive some bearings, they sent 2 (there are 4 bearing in 2 anchors), so this didn't solve the problem - and they came from Abus Ltd in Bristol - I know there's a north-south divide, but as far as I know there's no customs between me and Bristol (I'm in Yorkshire). Abus told me they couldn't deal with me direct because Sigma Sports (the online retailer) was their customer, not me, and I would get a phone call from the Abus / Sigma rep. A day later that hasn't happened. Based on my experience, I would not buy any Abus product and wouldn't buy anything from Sigma Sports ever again. Our bicycles are no more secure than they were before I bought these so called security devices.
