1) Measure around the chest at the fullest part just under the arms.
2) Measure around the waist over the belly button.
3) Measure over the hip bones at the strongest point when standing.
4) Measure from the crotch to the base of the ankle bone.
Sigma sent me the wrong jersey without any notification they changed my jersey from my original purchase which is terrible behaviour. I only noticed recently this jersey for review is the one sent out to me rather than the Ale one on my purchase form
