The Amacx 2:1 Drink Energy Gel is ready to use, with a drinkable consistency that can be taken without the need for extra water. This makes it easy to refuel during more intense activities. 

The Drink Energy Gel gives you the benefit of a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio. This sees a precise mix of carbohydrate sources, 2 parts glucose and 1 part fructose, combined to deliver both quick and gradual release energy. Each sachet gives you 30 grams of carbohydrates, boosting your ability to maintain optimal performance throughout your training or event. 

Recommended usage:

Take 1-3 gels per hour of effort. Usage depends on your individual carbohydrate needs and exercise intensity. 

Ingredients:  Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
