After every training session, this protein-packed recovery bar will aid in the building back of damaged and fatigued muscles. With this key building block, you’ll optimise every second of training, building to a greater peak of fitness. 

During training, you’ll also be depleting glycogen stores, which in turn hinders the absorption of protein. However, this bar also contains 22g of carbohydrates, replenishing your energy reserves while simultaneously aiding muscle recovery from the improved protein intake. 

Recommended usage: 

Take the Recovery Bar within 45 minutes of exercise for optimal support of your recovery. During the days after exercise, take a Recovery Bar as a small additional protein-rich meal.

Salty Caramel: Protein mix (SOYA protein, WHEY protein, MILK protein), fructose glucose syrup, MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract. Cocoa min 30%), gluten-free OATS, sunflower oil, filler (polydextrose), tapioca starch, flavours, stabilizer (calcium carbonate).

Chocolate: Protein mix (SOYA protein, WHEY protein, MILK protein), fructose glucose syrup, MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract. Cocoa min 30%), gluten-free OATS, sunflower oil, filler (polydextrose), tapioca starch, flavours, salt (0.6%), stabilizer (calcium carbonate). 

May contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, eggs, and peanuts.
