Each gel provides 30 grams of carbohydrates and 200mg of sodium to support hydration and endurance. Ideal for use in warm-weather training or racing. Available in Lemon Lime flavour.

Directions: Consume 1-3 gels per hour during exercise. Consumption depends on individual carbohydrate and cooling needs. Store the product out of reach of young children and in a cool and dry place and freeze before consumption for optimum cooling.
