I hate one size fits all, having a 61cm noggin means anything one size fits all usually means I'll have a headache inside 5 minutes. Enter the Assos headband which thankfully comes in a range of sizes and is seamfree and really soft. It fits under my helmet perfectly and can easily be pulled right down over the ears if you so desire. Typical Assos quality and a definite kit staple in the cooler months. Highly recommended.
