Assos UMA GTV C2 Womens Bib Short
The UMA GTV C2 Women's Bib Short takes Assos’ renowned quality and performance and adds a convenient way to manage nature breaks.
The rear straps connect to the short using two secure Bisiclick magnetic closures that are simple to undo and then reconnect, holding the short in place as part of the X-Frame bib suspension system. Ossidia fabric has been used as the main body of the short for its low weight, elasticity and compression. It provides UPF 50+ sun protection along with permanent odour control and active cooling for better temperature regulation.
Across the Zero-Pressure waist, there is a Tech Sheen Mesh to provide coverage and comfort when in an aggressive position on the drops and the overall C2 AEPD regularFit design balances performance with all-day wearability. 6cm deep, silicone-free leg grippers prevent the short from riding up without over-squeezing for a smooth transition between the leg and the short.
Long-ride comfort is assured thanks to the Shock-Absorb Damping Mono pad that has 9mm of foam, thermoformed so as to prevent irritating wrinkles and ridges. There is a 3D Waffle layer along with a moisture-managing top layer for breathability and it is all held in place by goldenGate stitching that allows the pad to move with the body rather than against it.
