I bought 2 of these for the gravel bike on the recommendation of an article in CyclingTips, where I read these offered a very secure grip on bottles over rough terrain, without making bottles impossible to remove easily. And while they are certainly reasonably secure, I lost a bottle on my first ride (around Salisbury Plain). I like the fact they are recycled, and the grip is good, but they’re not as good as I’d hoped for.
