Brooks has given these trainers their RapidRoll rocker and internal SpeedVault plate. Together they propel you forward efficiently, promoting a quick turnover from foot landing to toe off. To the upper, the lightweight mesh construction allows optimal breathability, keeping your feet fresh throughout your workouts.
