Campagnolo Record 13 Speed Chain

The Record 13x Chain is an essential masterpiece of precision engineering, meticulously designed to serve as the high-performance link between your power and the road. By reducing the width to a mere 4.9mm through the use of slimmer links and perfectly flush pins, Campagnolo has created a component that minimizes bulk while maximizing shifting speed. This ultra-slim profile allows the chain to glide silently across the cassette, providing the quietest and most efficient drivetrain operation available for both rim and disc brake 13-speed systems.

Durability and strength remain paramount despite the compact design, with solid pins and a specialized Black Chrome finish that significantly enhances wear resistance under high loads. This advanced surface treatment not only provides a refined, professional aesthetic but also ensures that shifting remains crisp and reliable over the long term. Drawing on the proven reliability of the Ekar gravel platform, this chain is built to withstand the most demanding riding conditions without sacrificing the smoothness that is the hallmark of the Campagnolo experience.

Maintenance and installation are made effortless by the innovative C-Link closing system, which allows for simple removal and cleaning while maintaining the structural integrity of the drivetrain. Weighing only 254g, the chain features perfectly smooth external links that are specifically profiled to interact with Record and Super Record tooth designs for instantaneous engagement. This component is more than just a consumable; it is a critical upgrade for any cyclist looking to achieve the full potential of their 13-speed modular groupset.
