A. Chest: Holding the tape horizontally, measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at your sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
B. Waist: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around your natural waistline, across the belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
C. Hips: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around the largest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.
D. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the base of the ankle bone

I purchased this for my sprint triathlon and I tried this yesterday finally with my Castelli tri shorts. I am 100% satistied with the quality of fabric and its comfortability as I was a bit worried it might be pulled off when swimming but the button that connect with shorts work very well! Fabric is softer than other brands but it’s very strong and comfortable when swimming even though it’s not tank top. I could speed up well when swimming. Of course cycle and run was very nice. It dries pretty fast. I wear tri suit in small but this one I went for medium as I have a bit longer torso. I am 5’7” and 142lb. I am athletic. I would definitely try different colors and style.
