I've got a couple of these shorts - the chamois pad is one of the most comfortable I've found and the shorts are ideal for warm days. I'm a size 14 and found that an XL was a more comfortable fit than an L.

A great option for long days on the bike, the Castelli Velocissima 3 Womens Short is comfortable and supportive, with a flattering cut. Endurance Evolution fabric delivers light compression to the muscles while being stretchy enough for full pedalling freedom, and silicone print inside the raw-edge hem prevents the short from riding up without over-squeezing the thigh. You'll be well protected in the saddle by the women's-specific KISS Air² Donna seat pad, which effectively damps vibrations from rough roads. The short is finished with reflective details on the back to aid visibility in low light.
