My measurements fitted L on the size guide but they arrived far too big, I'd suggest going smaller than the guide suggests. Quality wise they looked good but obviously I didn't ride in them.

The Castelli Velocissimo 5 Bib Tights are highly versatile and well suited to most winter rides that may drop into single digits. With a focus on performance the tight pairs two technical fabrics, utilising soft, stretchy and warm Thermoflex from the knee to the waist and fleeced Nano Flex below the knee, which is warm, splash resistant and elastic enough to be able to eliminate the need for ankle zips. The upper body is a mesh construction, regulating body temperatures and allowing sweat to escape quickly, maintaining dry comfort when you're working hard.
A Kiss Air2 seat pad takes care of your most sensitive areas, absorbing shock and allowing you to ride comfortably hour after hour. Adding reflective inserts enhances safety, making you more visible to other road users in low light.

A. Chest: Holding the tape horizontally, measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at your sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
B. Waist: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around your natural waistline, across the belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
C. Hips: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around the largest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.
D. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the base of the ankle bone

I've been using these full length bib-tights for the past month. There's no zips, they simply pull on, and once they're on they're really comfortable, no bunching anywhere and they keep me warm down to 2-3C. I'm 1.88m, 74kg and the large size is a great fit.
