Tubeless-ready and with a rounded, high volume profile, the Strada Race Vulcanized Road Tyre from Challenge is ideal for long rides on poorly surfaced roads. That doesn’t mean that it is heavy and slow though; its 120tpi, Nylon Superlight construction keeps it light and fast-rolling whilst the Air Belt puncture protection prevents sharp objects from penetrating the tyre.
Have put about 500k into these tyres now, after hours of struggling to get them to seal and seat properly. Had to give up on one of the tyres and stick a tube in, and the other drops to 20 psi within half a day. Grip is average at best, far worse than Conti GP5000 TLs or Michelin Power Roads despite being slower tyres. Would not recommend
Ok for the discounted price, unlikely to buy again because the side walls leak. No matter what milk I put in, the side walls just allow it through all the way around the tyre.
