They say you should never use anything new on race day... well in this case I did... and man am I glad I did. I used bloks for my first ever Ultra marathon (55km). They were tasty, effective and easily used and digested. Massive thumbs up from me and they will become a stalwart if my training and race fuelling from now on!!
