I got handed one of these at the end of a long hard sportive event where I finished seriously low on calories and was feeling the effects (dizzy / nausea). The choc/mint flavour really cuts through the usual sugary gross taste from your standard energy bar - tasty when the last thing you want is more sugar - and calorie and carbs wise they are good for a long stint on the bike and / or recovery food. Now I usually pack a couple for a long ride and I'm good to go.
