The Training Mat XL is based on Elites original mat but is wider to accommodate extra-wide trainers. The mat is made from a tough, vibration dampening polymer, specially designed to reduce noise to the floor, ideal if training upstairs or in a noise-sensitive environment.

The mat keeps sweat and oil/grease from getting onto your floor and it is waterproof and simple to clean and the grippy texture helps keep your trainer secure. The mat can also be rolled up making it easy to store.
