Endura’s FS260-Pro Adrenaline Race Cape II Jacket is a fully waterproof piece which packs down small enough to tuck into a jersey pocket, ready to deploy when the heavens open. Constructed using stretchy ExoShell20ST™ fabric with taped seams and zip storm flap to provide a true barrier against the elements. As the last piece in a layering system, the cut allows for it to be easily worn over warm jerseys or jackets and it is sufficiently breathable to allow perspiration to escape. The translucent fabric keeps jersey race numbers readable and reflective details add visibility on dark days.

1) Measure around the chest at the fullest part just under the arms.
2) Measure around the waist over the belly button.
This jacket is light and comfortable, I got the wrong size initially, a medium, returned to Sigma and got a size up, fits fine now with a couple of layers underneath. There is a very slight ruffling sound occasionally in the wind but it doesn't bother me. I'd say it's probably good for any kind of cycling you'd care to mention, and Endura do make very good quality gear, overall very pleased with the jacket and Sigma
I was going to get the Castelli Emergency Rain jacket, but was recommended this jacket by one of the Sigma Staff. Took this out for the first time at the weekend in drizzle and within 5 mins the waterproofing had failed and I was sodden. Do not buy this jacket if you want a waterproof. It's ok as a wind proof, but considering it's supposed to be 'race fit', it's still pretty flappy especially around the upper arms and shoulders.
